reheated leftovers dirty pools
I found issues that impacted my experience. The breakfast buffet food was just so-so. It seemed like they reheated a lot of leftovers in the steel warmers. I also observed that the pools were quite dirty and not well kept.

amazing stay!
clean room friendly staff convenient location
The rooms were super clean. aTong made REALLY good coffee during breakfast. It was a highlight! the staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling. i especially loved how close the hotel was to the beach. So convenient!

dampness smell dilapidated shower
the spacious rooms met expectations. the beds were also comfortable.
The dampness was noticeable throughout the building. It was especially strong in the room, impacting our overall comfort. the hotel showed signs of disrepair. The external shower was dilapidated, and the sauna was out of service. the lack of proper spa facilities was disappointing. There was no steam room, jacuzzi, or hot tub, despite the hotel being advertised as a spa hotel.

a fantastic experience
helpful staff daily care clean rooms extra mile
gift at reception was helpful and warm. She really went the extra mile for me. the staff are generally very friendly and always willing to assist. the rooms were clean and well kept, and i appreciated the daily care.
I found that the surrounding area lacked nearby amenities. There were no markets or restaurants within immediate walking distance.
